Our responsibility is to organize all tours and accommodation in the Canaima National Park according to the traveler’s choice including flights. For those who wish to hire our services or land tours in Uruyen & Kavak, we will provide the service, and coordination and organization of airlines, admission to Canaima, Uruyen & Kavak. Generally the Airplanes are Cessna 206, this is the classic transport favorite to access these areas, each airplanes has 5 seats each in exclusive for large groups, when coordinated we can accommodated and transfer simultaneously all passengers at once.
The costs of the packages are exposed to change without notice, and are subjects to sudden change in price at any time due to the economic situation in Venezuela. Having said that, prices are very good in this moment as you can see.
Complimentary towels are for exclusive use in your room.
Respecting the time limit to start the excursion to Angel Falls, we will await the arrival of other travelers in order to obtain the minimum required passengers on the boat. We reserve the right to change itineraries, altering the order of the visits to the attractions; considering extreme weather factors that might endanger the safety of the passenger, regarding the river cruise. The climate is tropical rain forest, and from time varies frequently, usually with sudden rains. We are not responsible for lost or stolen valuables they are under the care and responsibility of the tourist. Please also use small luggage (backpacks) during the excursion to Angel Falls, due to the limitations of weight balance and space in the boat. At times baggage is carried by the owner; suggest sufficient weight, according to your abilities.
In our base camp we provide storage for protecting not needed luggage for the Angel Falls Adventure Tour. Children under 7 years of age are traveling under the sole care of their parents or representatives during the Angel Falls Adventure Tour.
Tours require a minimum of physical conditions, but it is important to emphasize the care and attention they require each, like bumpy trails and roads to the attractions.
The tours are not recommended for elderly people, suffering from significant physical disabilities or who suffer from heart problems.
Please notify of any special services at meals, for those who must comply with dietary restrictions: allergies, vegetarian, etc. The meals are meat, poultry, fish, grains, pasta, vegetables, vegetables, fruits, meats, dairy, etc.
Drinks are: Coca Cola, mineral water, coffee, milk, tea, juice, etc.
Depending on the food in our Eco kitchen every day / when available, the menus can be:
Breakfast: Pancakes, fried eggs, ham, yellow cheese, bread, butter, jam, coffee, milk, juice and mineral water. (Perico) scrambled eggs with vegetables, tomatoes, onions, paprika, sweet pepper; ham, yellow cheese, cracker bread, butter, jam, coffee, milk, juice and mineral water.
Lunch: Sandwich, cookies, candy, Coke and mineral water, burgers with sauce, cheddar cheese, fries, Cole slaw, carrots, bread, Coke and mineral water. Beef with onions, rice, beet salad, potato, carrot or green salad with lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onion, bread, coke, and mineral water.
Dinner: Fillet of grilled fish, rice, sautéed vegetables, breaded zucchini, bread, Coke and mineral water. Grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, sautéed vegetables, bread, Coke, and mineral water.
