This is the classic tour of Angel Falls tour -The most popular!. The price is calculated per day and includes all meals and beverages. This tour also includes: Guides, Accommodation + water and land transport.
Day 1: Puerto Ordaz - Canaima National Park. Join the jungle flight to Canaima leaving on the first flight from Puerto Ordaz. After 1 ¼ hour flight over the most spectacular scenery, and land around Canaima. Assistance and transfer to our Camp or Hotel. Here you will have time to walk around a bit before taking lunch at 2:30 p.m. After a visit to Canaima Lagoon, El Salto Sapo and the Toad falls you will also see Ucaima, Wadaima, and the Axe Falls. Remember to wear your swim or bathing light suit. Return to camp late in the day for dinner and a rest. First night you will sleep in a nice room with a real bed, fan and private bathroom. Day 2: Canaima. After breakfast, transfer by jeep to the port of Ucaima. Cruise for about 20 minutes (Curiara), Angel Falls trip heading along rivers surrounded by virgin rainforest and Montana Tepuyes then the Savannah walk (about 25 minutes) while the boat through the rapids Mayupa. We resumed sailing for about 3 hours (depending on water level) to the Mouse Island. Lunch break. Walk to the base of Auyantepui (one hour each way) to the viewpoint from where you can observe the majestic Angel Falls the highest water fall in the world (980 m free fall) Also known as Kerepakupai - Meru according Pemon Indian tongue. Return to the little mouse Island where we have our rustic camp for dinner and here we sleep in hammocks with mosquito nets.
Day 3: The little Mouse Camp - Canaima. After breakfast return to the river where we return to Canaima airport for your flight to Puerto Ordaz + connection with your commercial flight to Caracas.
Includes: Transfer - Airport - Camp - Airport, accommodation for one night in bed and single camp overnight in hammock, meals and excursions. (The Canaima Lagoon, Frog Falls, Toad Falls, and a full day tour to the Angel Falls).

This plan is only available in the rainy season: From May to January, when river levels are high enough to make way to the Angel Falls.
What should I bring: A very light rain coat, identity papers, shorts, long sleeve shirt to wear to Angel Falls (to protect from sun and mosquitoes). Two pairs of walking shoes (one pair will get wet during excursions) sunscreen, sun glasses, cap or hat, swimwear, insect repellent, camera or video (with batteries - in Canaima its hard to get) Personal items such as cosmetics or medicines. Entrance fee to the National Park is $15 per person.

NOTA: Todos los campamentos ofrecen Plan básico 3 días/2 noches e incluyen: - Excursiones en Curiara a motor hasta Salto Ángel, que se pueden realizar: -OJO- MUY IMPORTANTE: solo desde Junio hasta Diciembre ( no hay excursiones en la época de verano por agua baja en los ríos) - Excursión en Salto El Sapo, caminata detrás de la cascada, baño en la Laguna pequeña.
Excursion al Salto Angel: -Salida desde cualquier Hotel-Campamento de Canaima a las 9 am. Desde el “puerto” Rio Carrao, salida a las 10.oo am, en 15’ llegada a los Raudales de Mayupa los lancheros prefieren “subir” los raudales sin los pasajeros, por ende (caminata 2,4 km. = 30’). Generalmente se almuerza durante la navegación con comida ya preparada, la navegación total es de 64 km. y dura aproximadamente escasas 4h., dependiendo del nivel del agua y dificultades en los 5 rápidos que se encuentran en la ruta. -Llegando en el campamento, mientras los encargados preparan la cena, el guía te acompaña por el sendero en la selva hasta el Mirador del Salto Ángel, son km. 2,200 y 50 minutos,( la primera mitad es casi plano, después comienza la subida). Después una parada por las fotos, si hay buenas condiciones del tiempo, se sigue el camino por 300 mt. y solos 15 min. hasta el pozo de la misma aguas (frías) del Salto Ángel donde se pueden bañar durante unos 30 min. Después se regresa al Campamento al borde del Rio para la cena y dormir en hamaca. - Recomendaciones: durante la noche la temperatura baja a 12º/15º C. , en el campamento te entregan cobijas, pero su higiene es muy dudosa, aconsejo traerte desde el hotel una buena cobija seguramente más limpia. OJO para dormir en hamaca en zona “fría” tienes que protegerte del frio que traspasa la tela de la hamaca, colocándote una cobija o aislante debajo las espaldas. Para dormir cómodo en la hamaca tienes que colocarte en “diagonal” respecto a las -cuerdas-, NO, curvado, en forma de “chinchorro”. -Equipo: zapatos tenis cómodo, una muda de ropa liviana, traje de baño, cámara (preferiblemente acuática o bien protegida), mosquitero (por si a caso, aun que personalmente no he tenido problemas c/mosquitos), linterna, bloqueador solar, papel higiénico, sombrero; para dormir bien la noche: medias, guantes, suéter, mono deportivo caliente. - Feliz viaje.
Le doy Gracias a Dios, por permitir, ver tan majestuosa caída libre de agua, es impresionante ver el Salto Angel, es indescritible lo que uno siente, la naturaleza es hermosa, recomiendo a todo el mundo, ver esta maravilla que esta en Venezuela
