debe ir durante la estación de lluvias, pero sin duda conseguimos ver la fuerza de este majestuoso. Había muchas cascadas no sólo la atracción principal. Su vida a acampar, dormir en hamacas, y cocina de juego y madera tonos verde. Trae un montón de repelente para insectos, y necesitará una linterna. No viajo con cualquier cosa que no sería Mad perdiendo. Una cámara recambio es de visita obligada, usé mi Olympus TG 610, y un Gopro, yo recomendaría usar un calcetín para cubrir el objetivo y la pantalla de ser rayados, y de cualesquiera ojos curiosos, aunque los lugareños son relativamente decente. Hicimos la excursión temprano por la mañana para conseguir buenos disparos en las cataratas antes de que las multitudes de linterna es imprescindible llevar=)

Lo mejor del mundo, la cima del cielo, no se pueden perder el paseo caminando hasta la base del Salto y bañarse en sus aguas... es maravilloso, único, increíble..

Tomamos un vuelo a Kavac, que nos permitió sobrevolar el Salto del Angel. El piloto (de apellido Pisani, no recuerdo el nombre) fue excelente. Hace 15 años que vuela en el sector. Además de habilidoso, sumamente cordial. El salto - y las vistas alrededor - es impresionante!

Es lo mas increible que he visto en mi vida, no solo es el salto de agua, es el tepuy, es la selva, es el viaje...todo lo que implica llegar hasta él. Vale la pena verlo en vivo porque no hay fotos ni videos que demuestren lo que en realidad es...VISITENLO!!!

Angel Falls era genial, pero el memorable parte fue el Parque Nacional Canaima, y luego la canoa viaje río arriba, dormir en colinas (Hummocks), y caminatas para ver las cataratas. toda la experiencia nunca será olvidado

Soy Venezolana lo conozco por El Salto Angel y actualmente los Indígenas de la región lo llaman (Kerepakupai Vená en pemón, que significa «salto del lugar más profundo») este lugar es IMPERDIBLE antes de morir esta en lo profundo de la selva pero cuenta con campamentos, posadas, y espacios para carpas,,, Las lineas aéreas llegan de diversos lugares y el parque cuenta con pista de aterrizaje de aviones, avionetas, etc.. Existen etnias en el campamento de Canaima que se integran con los turistas, ofrecen excursiones, paseos y artesanías, así como comida de la región...

Just a quick one to thank you for such an amazing trip at such short notice and that we got to see (and land on) everything!!. Apart from achieving all we wanted to do it was the unexpected additions like the way Raphael set up the approach to Angel Falls and then flying to the base and back up again - plus the 'high speed dug out canoe' racing within inches of the banks, trees and rocks - up the rapids!!

Jacky is not quite as comfortable with fast movement and close shaves as I am but I know from heariong her tell the kids and writing postcards that she too really really enjoyed it.

We are already making a list of the things we want to see next time!!

I had an amazing time! The bus company Rodovia was great, but the Quick Guyana was not so good. Bernal Tours had mosquito nets for beds and it was great! In fact we walked to the foot of Angel Falls. Overall, it was amazing! The fall was so beautiful! I had a great time and I'm very glad I came. I could take some great photos. Thanks for all your help! Everything was fine - Air tickets at the right time, Waku Lodge ***** -
I plan to return in Canaima in December for a longer time, and walk a few days with friends until a tepuy. The trip to Orchid Island was the best.
In Mochima Villa Majagual, the staff was a little shy, but I must say to my great regret that I do not speak enough Spanish, and probably explains that.
I sincerely hope that the situation will improve soon in your country we have here not so much news about their country.
Make sure you keep a special place in my heart for Venezuela.
